Our story
Ten years into her dermatology career, Dr. Marchetti was spending a growing share of her week repairing burns, pigment and filler complications from aesthetic clinics that moved too fast. The treatments weren't the problem — the planning and the hands were.
Veridia was her answer: medical rigor and genuine hospitality under one roof. Every treatment plan is written or reviewed by a physician. Every injector trains under supervision for months before working independently. And every patient gets enough time to understand what's being done and why.
The Luminous Renewal protocol grew out of that same philosophy — a way to deliver meaningful collagen and pigment results with almost no downtime and wide safety margins for every skin type.

MD, FAADFounder & Medical Director
Board-certified dermatologist trained at UCSF with a fellowship in laser surgery. Elena founded Veridia in 2016 to bring dermatology-grade safety to the spa experience, and designed the Luminous Renewal protocol with our device partner.
MDAesthetic Physician
Marcus spent a decade in emergency medicine before moving into aesthetics. He leads our laser and body program and is known for conservative, structural filler work for men and women.
MSN, FNP-CLead Nurse Practitioner Injector
Danielle has performed more than 6,000 injectable treatments and trains our nursing team. She specializes in natural lip work and in treating melanin-rich skin safely.
RN, BSNAesthetic Nurse Injector
Grace came to Veridia from a plastic surgery practice, where she assisted in more than 2,000 procedures. She's our neuromodulator specialist and runs the PRP program.
RNLaser Nurse Specialist
Amara holds advanced laser safety certification and has logged more than 9,000 laser sessions. Patients love her calm walkthroughs and meticulous skin mapping.
LELead Medical Aesthetician
Camila builds every patient's home routine and leads our facial and peel programs. She's the reason so many of our members' skin looks better between visits.

Dr. Elena Marchetti opens a two-room studio on Marshall Way in Old Town Scottsdale.
2018
Our nurse injector training program launches; every injector completes 200 supervised treatments.
2020
Paradise Valley studio opens, focused on injectables, facials and acne programs.
2023
Biltmore laser & body studio opens with dual-platform hair reduction for all skin types.
2025
Luminous Renewal protocol launches after an 18-month pilot with 42 patients.
Consultation
A 45-minute consultation with a physician or nurse practitioner, skin imaging included. The $75 fee is credited toward any treatment within 60 days.
